How can something that matters so little to us in life mean so much? 

I'm actually annoyed with myself for getting so annoyed. There I was sipping away on an oat milk cappuccino in splendid isolation in the corner of my local coffee shop. The two toddlers dropped off to creche; no bawling, no biting. Bliss. 

I'm flicking through X and there is a tweet from the Daily Mail's football editor Ian Ladyman plugging his latest column. The tweet reads: "Has any player had a more profound influence on his team this season than Bruno Fernandes? The answer is no and that's why he gets my Player of the Year vote."
